The dashcam does not turn on ?
• Check if the power cable is connected.

The buttons are not working ?
• Check if the dashcam is in the video recording state after booting.
• If the buttons are not working in the recording state, request warranty service.

The dashcam does not boot up ?
• Check if the power cable is the original one.
• Check if the micro SD memory card has been inserted into the dashcam properly.
• Check if the external memory card format is FAT32. (NTFS or exFAT are not recognized.)
• Check if the external memory card is faulty or not an
original component.

Booting is complete, but there is no sound ?
• On the Setup Program screen, check if the alarm volume is set to its lowest.
• If there is still no sound after adjusting the volume, request warranty service.

LCD screen won’t turn on ?
• Check if the dashcam booted properly.
• If you can only hear voice but there is no video only blank screen, request warranty service

Touch screen is not working ?
• Please reboot and restart the dashcam
• If the problem still persists, request warranty service.

Recorded video does not play ?
• Video may not play depending on the characteristics of the video player.
• If the problem still persists, request warranty service.

My PC does not recognize the dashcam ?
• If the connection often disconnects or becomes unstable, connect the black box directly to a USB port on the PC
without using a USB hub. Connection through a USB hub may not provide stable power to the black box.

The dashcam is recognized on the PC USB, but is disconnected ?
• Connect the black box to the USB port of the PC main board if possible.
• Remove any other USB devices connected to the PC.
• Connect the black box only or connect it to the USB host card.
• Check if the same problem occurs on other PCs. If so, request warranty service.

The dashcam is connected to the USB port of a navigation device, but it is not working ?
• Recording is unavailable with power through the USB port of a navigation device. It is, however, recognized as a USB movable disk.

There is no recorded video image ?
• Check if the dashcam booted properly.
• If only audio plays without a video image display, request warranty service.

I would like to change the external memory card ?
• You can use any original micro SD card with the same specification as the card supplied. (or a card which does not exceed the recommended limit defined in the Specification section below.)
• The physical characteristics of micro SD cards differ from manufacturer to manufacturer. Some micro SD cards may not be compatible with dashcam.

How to do Firmware upgrade ?
• Format MicroSD (FAT32) after back up recorded video.
• Copy latest firmware to MicroSD.
• Insert MicroSD to dashcam.
• Upgrade firmware while green LED light will flash.
• After completion, you can hear the voice “ Change into USB mode”
• Firmware update completion
• You can check Firmware version in setting menu. [X.XX.XXX]


How should I purchase?

• Steps to purchase products:

What forms of payment does accept?
• We gladly accept Credit Card(Visa, Master), Paypal, Bank fund transfers(via DBS/POSB). Cash or Nets payment has to be made at our office and Cash on delivery at your place also possible.

How will the product(s) be delivered to us?
• For Singapore Delivery, the product(s) will be delivered to your door step by our own courier service.
It will take 2~3 working days
• For other countries other than Singapore, international couriers such as FedEx and DHL services will be used to deliver the product(s) to the designated location of the mailing address.
• In order to process payments using Paypal, your registered Paypal address must match the shipping address.
• If you want to collect or install at our authorized dealer, it’s possible. But you should contact our authorized dealer for stock availability and pick up / installation schedule.

I want to get installation service, How to do?
• After you place an order with installation option, our representative able to assist you and will fix date for installation service.
• Our installation team will visit your place (home) and install the car camera to your vehicle. It will take 45 min to 1 hour (It depends your vehicle type) and provide basic setup and explain how to use as well.

How much is delivery and installation fee ?
• It will be free of charge if purchase amount is over min $400 in Singapore.
• It will be charged if purchase amount is below $400.

What are your delivery and installation times?
• 10am to 1pm and 2pm to 7pm

Can I change installation times at night?
Additional delivery charges may apply for special circumstances and rearrangement such as changing of timing or location. (e.g After work hour, CBD Area(Parking/ERP), Remote Area), You can contact us for additional charges.

Do I have to be present at the time of delivery ?
• Yes, you need to be present at the time of delivery to sign and accept the purchase. We will need your Proof of Identification (NRIC/FIN or passport) in order to proceed with the installation or delivery of your item(s).
• Make sure you or someone at least 18 years of age and authorized to sign installation documents on your half is present for your installation.

What is the currency my order will be billed in and GST ?
• All orders made in Singapore or payments made Credit card (Visa, Mastercard), Bank Transfer, Paypal, COD will automatically be billed in Singapore Dollars(SGD) upon checkout page.
• All prices stated include 7% GST. If you are a tourist, We will provide GST refund voucher to claim GST at the airport.

Suddenly I changed my mind and would like to buy another model. Can I ask for refund or exchange ? 
• Unfortunately, No refund or exchange can be made once payment has been received.

Do the products come with any warranty?
• Yes. All product(s) sold by or our authorized dealers except accessories come with a 12 Month limited warranty to original purchaser that is valid from the date of purchase.
• Accessories such as Memories, Cables come with a 6 Month limited warranty.

If Defect occurring after the expiration of the warranty period?
• We can repair but it will be charged based on parts and labour cost.

Can I get refund or one for one exchange?
•  Exchange policy is only strictly for manufacturing defects, and we will do a one-to-one exchange if product is beyond repair or manufacturer fault.
•  Only when item is no long in-stock, we will allow refunds or exchanges for a different item of similar value, Customer can also exchange it to an item of higher value, provided that customer is willing to do a top-up for the difference

What is the process of claiming warranty service?
• Before you visit, you must contact us and obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Any items without an RAN number will not be accepted by us.

• While contacting us, please state the defect(s) in detail.
• You have to visit our office with the product with purchase invoice. And our technician will check and If a manufacturing fault is identified and confirmed, we will do one to one exchange (faulty item only) on the spot.
